The Cold Smoking Tool is battery operated, requiring two AA batteries (not supplied) so you can use this quite literally, anywhere!
Easy to use, it comes with full instructions and a sample tin of beech wood dust, to get you started. Just place the food you wish to smoke on a plate under a cloche of some sort, then insert the hose to pipe in the smoke and leave it for a few minutes to infuse. It will impart a subtle smoky flavour to a wide variety of foods such as cheese, nuts, salt, fish, meat, eggs, vegetables and even fruit.
