Hunter’s Blend – Combines rosemary, thyme and black pepper with maple wood producing a warm, woody flavour suitable for use with poultry, beef, pork, lamb, game, vegetables and nuts.
Caribbean Blend – Has a mesquite wood base infused with allspice, a Caribbean staple. With flavours such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and pepper, this produces a rich, smoky spice flavour which goes well with poultry, seafood, beef, pork, lamb and vegetables.
Beer – This has a maple wood base with added ground hops which imparts a mild smoke with citrus notes. Perfect for poultry, fish or sausages and particularly good with mushrooms or cold-smoked cheese.
Chili Cumin – Uses the subtle sweet flavour of maple as base, infused with chilli and cumin to add warm smoky flavour with a little kick. These bisquettes go well with beef, pork, poultry and vegetables.
Ginger Sesame – Adds a bold, zesty flavour to beef, vegetables, duck and lamb. Using strong mesquite as a base, sesame and ginger are combined.
Sage – Ground sage has been added to a maple wood base to create a distinctive woody flavour, with hints of lemon and mint, suitable for use with poultry, pork, lamb and game.
