The first quad fuelled Outdoor Oven, the Uuni Pro can be fired with wood, charcoal, pellets or gas.
It is constructed from quality 430 stainless steel with wooden handles, insulated with ceramic fibre for increased heat retention and has dual airflow control for better heat management. The Uuni Pro has a durable 15mm thick cordierite baking stone floor, capable of withstanding high temperatures and ideal for providing pizzas with a lovely crispy base.
The Oven can heat up to 500°C in around 30 minutes and will bake the perfect pizza in just 60 seconds. With a 45cm square cooking surface you can bake a huge 16” pizza.
With the flexibility to cook with different fuels, comes added versatility. The Uuni Pro Multi-fuel Outdoor Oven can not only be used for baking pizzas or bread but roasting, braising, searing or slow cooking meat, fish or vegetables, making this a great all-rounder.
This oven is supplied with a door with glass viewing window and built in thermometer, a pizza door, a wood and charcoal burner, and a pair of safety gloves. The Pellet Burner and Gas Burner must be purchased separately.
