This paellera or polished steel pan has been designed for cooking the perfect paella. The base of the pans are slightly convex, allowing cooking oil to collect in the centre of the pan, ideal for the first stages of creating a great paella.
An authentic Spanish made product, manufactured in Valencia, this rigid and durable pan conducts heat evenly and together with the shallow, sloping sides ensures perfect cooking.
With a wide choice of sizes, from a small 26cm version suitable for 2-3 tapas servings up to a massive 70cm pan, suitable for 30 tapas portions. Pick the paellera to suit your needs.
The pans are suitable for use on a gas hob, an open fire or a gas paella burner.
It is essential that you get rid of the manufacturer’s anti-rust coating prior to first use by washing the pan well. After subsequent washes, simply dry the pan thoroughly and coat it with a little olive or vegetable oil to protect your pan.
