iQbana manufacture a range of planters that can be used indoors or outdoors, from Expanded Polypropene (EPP), a closed-cell bead foam. Highly versatile, the material offers a range of benefits.
First and foremost, EPP has a high strength to weight ratio, so these planters are exceptionally lightweight - weighing in at a mere 270g for the 25cm pot up to only 1.65kg for the 48cm pot – but fantastically strong and durable. Accordingly, these planters are perfect for roof terraces or patios.
EPP has outstanding energy absorption and is also shockproof, able to withstand multiple impacts. Frost resistant to -40°C and conversely, heat resistant to 40°C, EPP offers great thermal properties so will protect root systems whilst the plant won’t suffocate due to the breathable material.
The planters are non-toxic and food approved making them ideal for growing fruit and vegetables and safe if you have young children.
The planters are suitable for use indoors, or out and due to the smooth qualities of the material, they will not scratch floors and are also easy to clean.
Last, but by no means least, when protecting our planet is an important issue, these planters are 100% recyclable, so these are environmentally friendly!

Not as expected
17 April 2020 by: David WrightI ordered 3 containers at a price of £35 each. I had not actually received the items when asked to write a review the transaction. However I found that the price had dropped by £10 each. Details of delivery in the terms and conditions are a little vague to say the least. "Despatched between 1 and 10 days. In 48 hours only in busy periods." I placed my order on 9 Apr. 5 days later my account showed the order had been despatched. I e-mailed to ask for despatch details. I was informed that the goods had NOT been despatched but the order had been passed to the supplier on 13 Apr. The order still has not arrived, 8 days after placing the order.

23 August 2018 by: SueI ordered 2 of these planters to fit in a new garden arch. They are unbelievably light and fit very nicely at the sides of the arch.
Expensive but very high quality
