This Single Burger Press will produce perfectly uniform 11cm diameter burger patties. It has a non-stick coating and the thickness can easily adjusted, up to 3.8cm deep. It’s simply a case of turning the adjustment screw up or down to select the desired thickness.
For best results, place a disc of waxed patty paper or cellophane on the base of the press followed by the appropriate amount of ground meat, then another waxed disc before closing the cover tightly. Remove any excess meat which bulges out of the press and open to reveal your burger.
