The pallet or pallets are transported on a lorry and will be delivered to the front of your property. The driver is not insured to go on your property so please ensure you have extra help available to assist you with moving the outdoor kitchen pieces to your desired location.
All deliveries are made from the back of the lorry so the driver will endeavour to park the back of the lorry as close to the delivery location as possible. How heavy are the sections? The Outdoor Kitchens come in pieces, each made from heavy concrete. Please ensure you have at least 2-3 people on hand to help lift some of the heaviest sections.
Delivery will usually be between 2-3 weeks from the date the order is placed.
The carrier company will call you to arrange a suitable delivery date so please ensure a mobile phone number is included on your order. If the driver is unable to contact you, this could cause the delivery to be delayed. On the arranged date, if there is no one there to accept the delivery you will be charged extra to cover the cost of a second delivery attempt. The delivery can be made anytime on the pre-arranged delivery date.
