The southern states of America have a huge hammock culture, having started life there. A safe place for native people to sleep, away from wild animals and vermin, they were better protected. Some hammocks could even be used as a fishing net.
Over the centuries they have developed and gained popularity with campers, hikers and now, for the garden. Reclining in a hammock promotes a good lying posture, supporting the whole body and gentle swinging aids relaxation.
The Palm Beach is a double, padded hammock with spreader bar and a removable cushion. In brown, with a contrasting terracotta strip down either side and a terracotta cushion. Made from recycled cotton, this hammock is both cosy and comfortable, the ideal place for some R&R!
This hammock is compatible with the Amazonas Arcus and Troja stands.
