This Rib Rack from Traeger is a must if you enjoy BBQ ribs. Economical on space, it will hold eight full racks of ribs, cooking them to perfection. By keeping the ribs elevated, they cook evenly throughout and will not char.
Add a dry rub or marinade to your ribs before grilling. Start with the bone side towards the coals and baste the ribs after approximately an hour. The ribs can be repositioned during cooking, to ensure an even roast but to create a crisp brown surface, finish with the meaty side facing the coals.
