This innovative Charcoal Grill and Smoker from Masterbuilt combines digital controls, design and quality components to revolutionise grilling and smoking with charcoal. Cooking with charcoal can be time-consuming and difficult to maintain a consistent temperature, and whilst pellet grills are simpler to use they often lack the ability to achieve high temperatures for grilling.
The Gravity Series 560 has a GravityFed charcoal hopper which will hold over 12 hours of fuel, using lump or briquette charcoal, ensuring you have constant fuel whilst a DigitalFan moves air from the hopper to the cooking chamber, providing accurate temperature control. The hopper will hold 4.5kg lumpwood or 7.25kg briquettes.
A digital control panel allows you to turn the Grill on or off, set the temperature, a timer (countdown or count up) and program up to four meat probes (one probe is supplied). The control panel is Wi-fi and Bluetooth enabled allowing you to link and operate it from a smart device, using a downloadable free App.
The Masterbuilt App allows full remote control of your Grill and Smoker, provides recipes, tips and will even create a shopping list for that special dish you want to try!
This Grill and Smoker will reach 105°C in just 7 minutes, ideal for low and slow smoking and a maximum of 370°C, for grilling and searing, in only 13 minutes.
The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Grill and Smoker has a huge cooking area of 560 sq. inches, sufficient for 4 racks of ribs, 8 whole chickens, 37 sausages or 21 burgers – so whether you are cooking for the few or the masses, you won’t run short of space. The reversible cast iron grates are ideal for smoking or searing, in addition there are also two porcelain warming racks.
The Grill is mounted on a trolley with useful storage shelf, two large wheels and two locking casters. It has a removable ash bucket, grease collection tray and bottom tray to aid cleaning. The charcoal hopper has a heat shield to protect from scalding and all doors have sensors to detect when they are open so the fan then switches off. Wood chunks can be added to the ash tray for a slow release of smoky flavour, or mixed with charcoal in the hopper.
Two heat and air intake slides starve the fuel of oxygen when shutting the Grill and Smoke down, preserving any unused fuel.

This item will require assembly and is provided with a comprehensive user and assembly manual, which includes instructions for pre-seasoning the grill to rid it of any chemicals and oils left over from the manufacturing process. Frequent seasoning is advised, to help prevent rusting.
