The Bradley Smart Smoker is the latest addition to the range of automatic electric smokers produced by Bradley Smoker.
The Smart Smoker includes many of the same features as the Bradley Digital Smoker along with innovative new iSmoke Technology which allows you to control the smoker from, not only Bluetooth-enabled smartphones but via the touch screen control centre.
With more side walls than the Bradley 6 Rack Digital Smoker, the Smart Smoker has space for up to 10 racks of food, increasing its potential capacity by 40%. Two removable colour-coded temperature probes provide the ability to measure heat in different areas of the cabinet simultaneously.
As with all Bradley smokers, the cabinet is fully insulated and has an easy to clean stainless steel interior. A commercial grade silicone door seal and two door clamps ensure that smoke and heat doesn’t escape.
Supplied with 4 adjustable feet, 2 optional wheels, 6 racks and a recipe booklet.
