Compact, the Dutch Oven is a versatile method of cooking. Charcoal is placed on the lid and under the pot, heating the cast iron and cooking food evenly and slowly. Perfect for baking bread, cakes, roasting or making soups or stews.
Notches in the lid and pot, create a gap when aligned so that a temperature probe can be inserted.
The lid can be used on its own as a frying pan by turning it over and placing it onto its 3 feet. Ideal for frying eggs, steak, making omelettes or pancakes.
