Polished carbon steel paella pans, these are the most common and authentic type paella pan used in Spain. 

The "La Ideal" paella pans from Garcima represent high quality and are genuine Spanish Paella Pans.

Cold laminated steel is used and spun to produce the shape of the paella pan, after this the pans are polished, by hand, giving the traditional look and feel to the pan.

All our Paella Pans in this range come with their distinctive Signature red handles used by Garcima.

In Spain, Garcima source and use a thicker gauge steel than might be seen elswhere, this helps make a stronger pan that is less likely to warp.

Every Paella pan has a traditional "dimpled" base. The Paella Pans are made like this to help the heat spread evenly & quickly! The base of these paella pans is also slightly concave, this is to allow the oil to collect in the centre when the frying of your ingredients begins, commonly known as "creating the sofrito".

All of our Paella Pans from the Garcima Range can be used on gas and induction electric hobs as well as our paella gas burners & open fires.

The Paella pans are extremely hardwearing, be carefull not to allow them to stay wet when not in use, it is a steel product and will rust!. This however is no problem as a small coat of cooking oil wiped over the pan after each use will ensure that these Paella Pans will give many years of service.

The paella skimmers are a great way to complete your "Paella Experience" and are certainly a necessity when working with the larger paella pans. With is flat base it make it perfect for cooking and for serving your paella alike.
