This clever little device takes the guess work out of the quantity of chips required or the amount of water to use and the mess for soaking them.

Simply fill your soaker trays with wood chips of your choice and place into the plastic soaker basket. Add water or wine to cover and leave to soak. Soaker trays remove easily for draining and can be placed directly onto the BBQ Coals.
