A traditional Moroccan-style casserole dish with a funnel-shaped lid. The lid traps the steam from the casserole as it cooks slowly, sealing in the flavours and making the meat very tender. A good size for 4-6 portions. Diameter 28cm, height 26cm, capacity 3 litres.
