Just melt your cheese in pan under a grill. Garnish can be whatever your imagination can combine with cheese. The top of the raclette can be used as a barbecue for small foods such as chicken fillets, prawns, sausages etc. Raclette is both the name for the traditional Swiss Cheese as well as the name for the Swiss national dish, whereby the Raclette cheese is placed in front of glowing fire coals, after which the softened and bubbling cheese is scraped from the block of cheese onto a plate for serving.
