Roasting Spit for Outdoor Ovens

Over 1 metre long, you can skewer two chickens or alrge roasting joints, small pigs or similar and roast in our wood fired ovens.
Designed for use in the Mediterrani oven, the roasting spit fits into a small hole at the rear of the oven and is supported betwen the ttwo oven doors - allow free turning of the spit.

A fantastic way to cook over high heat for tandoor style cooking or a low heat for slow roasted leg of lamb or pork! Really nice and very tender results.
