Paella Pan - Non Stick

Garcima have a range of their "La Ideal" brand traditional paella pans with a tough non-stick interior. These paella pans have been produced and made from a cold laminated steel. This has then been spun which forms the shape and then enamelled & non-stick coated in the company's own kilns.

Garcima use a thicker gauge steel than other paella pan manufactuers. The result is a stronger paella pan which is not vulnerable to warping.

As with all traditional paella pans, the base is slightly concave which will allow the oil to collect in the centre when first frying your ingredients commonly known as creating "the sofrito".

The Paella pans can be used on gas and induction electric hobs as well as our paella gas burners & open fires.

Each pan size is measured from the top edge (excluding handles) but to help you select the correct size pan we have added a key to explain the approximate number of servings each pan can give.
