Paella Pan - Stainless Steel Pan

How about a stainless steel paella pan - treat yourself to the "La Ideal" stainless steel paella pans from Garcima in Spain. These paella pans are of a very high quality using only the very best 18/10 grade stainless steel.

Like all the other paella pans they are spun to form their traditional pan shape and then polished so that you can see your face in them!

Each paella pan has a traditional "dimpled" base to which or course will assist the heat spread across the base of the paella pan.

The base of our paella pans is also slightly concave which allows the oil to collect in the centre when first frying your ingredients, commonly known as "creating the sofrito".

For this reason they are only suitable for gas hobs.
Please also note that because of the high grade of stainless steel they are cannot be used on electric induction hobs. All pan sizes are suitable for our paella gas burners & open fires.

Each pan size is measured from the top edge (excluding handles) but to help you select the correct size pan we have added a key to explain the approximate number of servings each pan can give.
