The Royal Clay oven is completely assembled and ready to fire up. Using hardwood logs to create a fire and temperatures of 400 degrees to cook Pizza or Bread is an amazing way to cook for your family or guests.
Using a traditional hand thrown clay oven inside and building thermal insulation using special materials to retain the heat. A lovely Brick arch is formed for the door and two cast iron hinged doors are fitted to the front.
Externally the oven measures 100cm square, with rounded corner features, internally there is still a huge 80cm in cooking space..
The oven is 380kg in weight and can be lifted by 4 or 5 people with ease. Delivered protected in a covered pallet crate. You can have hours of fun with this oven, cooking pizzas in 45 seconds from start to finish, bread bakes over a wood fire, casseroles and roasts slowly baked in a wood fire or apple crumble for desert slowly cooked. Tandoori or tikka chicken is easy to achieve too - the oven works in the same way as a tandoor oven.
The oven is supplied with a Spit Roast Skewer stand - this sits at the rear of the oven. Use the option box above to order a spit roast. This can be used for spit roast chickens, Turkey, Lamb and Beef - great with Pork to - the crackling is incredible!
