The Smokehouse fits neatly into the base of the Masonry BBQ and the flue extends into the BBQ Grill area where you hang your rack and Meat hooks. Using the premium quality steel door to close the grill.
Lighting a fire with hardwood such as apple or Oak will send smoke up into the chamber to perfectly smoke your sausages, joints of meat or fish.
It is also perfectly possible to cold smoke in the chamber by allowing the fire settle and use soaked wood chips or dust.
