Paradiso Hammock from Amazonas is the best in Brazilian hammock comfort and is actually something very special. Great vibrant colours too!

Only very few looms are suitable for making a 1.75 m wide sheet on a hammock, in order to make this giant hammock both extra sturdy and super soft at the same time, almost 5000 threads are woven together!

We connect the extra thick cords again here by hand with a woven band so that concentrated loads are compensated for, giving the hammock a very long operational life.

If the Brazilians are amazed at the size of this huge Hammock, it must be massive! Amazonas have utilized approx. 6000 cotton threads to make six square metres of luxuriously woven hammock material.

Over 30 m of specially thick braided cords provide support for the broad spread of this huge lounging surface. And so, the Gigante was introduced to compliment the rest of their range – the perfect connection between two hanging points, ideal for several people to comfortably lie in.

Because of its size, it is not compatible with stands. A rope should be used between 2 secure points.

Rio Hammock

Rio Hammock is Amazonas most beautiful hammock.

The weaving method in the Rio Hammock is very special and called Javquard Weaving

The Jacquard loom produces more than an attractive hammock; it also makes the woven material softer and more comfortable. The Rio is finished with a hand woven hem called Veranda on each side and both ends are finished by hand with macramé. Each hammock is truly an example of the ultimate in Brazilian craftsmanship.
