A complete system is supplied with all of the brick wall components already assembled. Simply assemble the main structure with the clay oven inside, fill with the refractory kit and insulation inside and you have a great performing oven, completely insulated to the highest of standards.

Made from Special Clay internally, hand thrown, the oven is then insulated with refractory Mortar and thermal blankets (all supplied) to ensure the oven is very strong and has incredible heat retention ability - All entirely handmade. The door is made from stainless steel and is very attractive.

A Temperature gauge is supplied in the door for accurate oven temperature readings.

The oven can operate at many temperatures upto approximately 500 degrees C, It is perfect to use at around 300 degrees to cook pizzas in 50 seconds, or a little lower for BBQ Style cooking. Making bread in this oven gives a really nice wood fired taste - and a delicious crust.
