Charcoal Kettle BBQ

An incredible quality BBQ with an important feature not found in other kettle BBQs. To use a BBQ to its maximum potential, you should be able to cook using direct and indirect methods. Indirect is when you have the food being cooked away from the direct heat - this allows for slower and fuller cooking without the worry of flare ups from fat. Direct Cooking on a BBQ is the traditional grilling - where you cook or grill your food over a direct heat, this is for Sausages, chicken and Burgers.

Our Kettle BBQs are supplied with 2 x Charcoal baskets which can be used together or independently - allowing for either direct or indirect cooking - with a tight fitting lid you can also create many other types of food - including brilliant home made pizzas.

Both Kettle BBQs are supplied with chrome plated cooking grill, with twin vent system for added heat control and twin charcoal chambers. Also removable ash collection system, oven dome and solid legs on wheels.
