Two new Bradley food Smoker models with digital programming to control the cabinet temperature, the cooking time, plus a separate control for the, length of smoking time.
The six rack model has a massive capacity of 108 litres.
The front exterior has a painted brushed stainless steel look, the internal surfaces are in stainless steel. As with the Original Bradley Food Smoker the cabinets are insulated.
The Bradley Food smokers use the automatic Bradley Bisquette feed system, are supplied with a recipe book and cooking instructions, maintenance and operating manual, and are covered by a one year warranty.
The Bradley extra racks and jerky racks will fit these new models.
